Consultations
- A consultation is always needed before any service can be completed.
- During your consultation you must fill out the consultation form to the best of your ability and inform us of everything that we need to know.
- Consultations must be paid for on the day of the consultation via bank transfer or tap to pay
Cleaning/Housekeeping/Home Help/Gardening Service
- All cleaning sessions have a minimum booking requirement of 2 hours
- All sessions are pre-arranged
- We ask our clients to give us as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling. Completing this before 4 days prior to the appointment is favourable. If less than 4 days notice is given a fee may be charged.
- Appointment times are approximate. Arrival may be up to 30 minutes before or after the scheduled time due to travel or delays. If we expect to be later than 30 minutes, we will inform you.
- Client information, keys, alarm codes, and personal details are kept confidential.
- If no one is present at the property, keys are not provided, or access codes are incorrect/not given, the scheduled session may still be chargeable.
- Clients must inform us of pets in the property. Pets should be secured where necessary.
- Clients must ensure all necessary cleaning products and equipment are available for each booked session, unless otherwise agreed.
- Wherever possible, each client will be assigned a dedicated cleaner for continuity and familiarity.
- On occasion, another team member may attend to complete the session. This ensures cover during holidays, sickness, or staff unavailability.
- All staff are to be treated with respect and not discriminated against on the grounds of age, sex, gender identity, race, colour, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy or maternity, or any other protected characteristic.
- Abuse and harassment will result in immediate termination of services.
- The following tasks may be included during a standard cleaning/housekeeping/home help session: Hoovering, Dusting, Surface Cleaning
- The following is considered extra services and will require a separate quotation and booking: Small and Large Appliance Cleaning and bigger gardening tasks such as Lawn Treatment, Flower Bed Enhancement.
- We do not take away garden waste. All clients should either dispose of garden waste themselves or purchase a green bin.
- Gardening or exterior services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.
- If a client requests additional tasks during the session that prevent the agreed schedule from being completed, we cannot accept responsibility for unfinished work.
- Requests for extended sessions or additional time are subject to availability and approval by the business owner
- Repeated disruption to agreed schedules or unreasonable requests may result in termination of services.
- Staff have the right to decline tasks they are not willing or comfortable to complete. Staff may refuse tasks considered unsafe, hazardous, or involving dangerous substances.
- Time spent in conversation during the session is included within the booked service time.
- Any parking or permit costs required for the visit may be added to the invoice.
- We are insured for all of our services however we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not securely stored.
- Before/After photos may be taken for records with client permission.
- Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours.
- If dissatisfied, please notify us within 24-48 hours so we can resolve the issue.
- We accept bank transfer or tap-to-pay payments only.
- Clients who book a service for more than 4 hours of work in one session a 50% deposit will be taken.
- Payments for services need to be paid by the following Friday from the date of the service.
- Late payments may incur fees.
- Services will not continue unless the payment for the previous appointment has been made.
