Cleaning Consultation
With Sophie £20
Sophie is in charge of all consultations. During this visit, she will meet with you and any family members or friends you would like to be present in your home. Your property will be assessed to establish which tasks you would like to be completed, what we would recommend, and how long each session will need to be. Sophie will have some forms for you to fill in which she can use to create a bespoke cleaning schedule for your home. Sophie will sit with you to help answer the questions. She will also write for you if needed.
The cleaning schedule is made so both client and staff members know what is being completed in the session. This will be sent to the client and the staff member via email or whatsapp.
There is a charge of £20 for the consultation. This covers the professional assessment, travel time, and preparation required for the visit. Payment is made via tap to pay or bank transfer on the day of the appointment. A receipt and invoice can be sent on request.
One Off Detailed Clean
This is a detailed clean of all the rooms in a home. This can be used as a one off clean or an initial clean to reset the home before weekly or fortnightly cleaning/housekeeping/home help sessions begin. This clean is completed by 2 or more staff members. These sessions typically last around 15-20 combined hours with two team members. For example, a one-bedroom home requiring 8 hours per cleaner (sixteen hours total) would cost £400.

With Sophie £30/hr
With a Team Member £25/hr
As well as providing a one off clean or a first initial clean, we also offer a 2 hour weekly or fortnightly service to help you keep your home maintained. Over the course of the first three-six months we will work on each area of the house to perform detailed cleaning to get it up to the standard where basic cleaning can then be continued to keep the home well maintained.
Sophie will come to the first clean to help and support the staff member and introduce the staff member to the client.
The sessions have a minimum booking requirement of either one hour with two team members or two hours with one team member. Each client is assigned a dedicated cleaner for continuity. However, another team member may occasionally assist to complete the work in half the time. This approach also provides cover for holidays or sickness, ensuring you always have someone you feel safe and comfortable with if your usual cleaner is unavailable.
Sophie is in charge of staff and does her best to make sure our standards remain high. Honest feedback about staff is highly favourable. We use this feedback to help us improve the service we provide and make sure the cleaner you have is the right one for you.
Sophie carries out regular check-ins with clients over messaging, text or phone calls to address any concerns. At times, Sophie may pop in to provide companionship or oversee work while completing her admin on her laptop, at no additional charge.

Large Appliance £60 (1 hour)
Standard Oven Cleaning (No Dismantling Required), Stove, Hood, Exhaust fan, Fridge, Freezer
Extra time will be charged at a rate of £20 per half an hour
